However Notwithstanding, it won't be shut in five electing states

 Kisan Morcha statement

 The United Kisan Morcha issued a statement saying, 'All shops, malls, markets and institutions will remain closed under the entire Bharat Bandh. All short and long courses will be obstructed and prepares will be halted All services will remain closed except for ambulances and other essential services.  The impact of the Bharat Bandh will also be seen in Delhi.  There is an appeal to the agitating farmers to maintain peace during the bandh and not to engage in any wrong discussion or confrontation. The Morcha said that there will be a shutdown in the national capital as well

 Confederation of All India Traders refused ban

 The Confederation of All India Traders, which claims to represent eight crore traders in the country, said the markets would remain open on 26 March as they were not involved in Bharat Bandh Speaking to PTI, the organization's general secretary Praveen Khandelwal said We are not joining the Bharat Bandh tomorrow. Markets will stay open in Delhi and different pieces of the country. The continuous gridlock must be settled through the exchange cycle.
