Kanpur Encounter: A big thing has come to light in the famous Vikas Dubey encounter case. According to sources, the commission investigating the encounter has given a clean chit to the UP police. The encounter was accused of being fake. Six Arjia were filed in the Supreme Court for judicial investigation of Vikas Dubey's encounter, on which the court set up an inquiry commission. In this investigation, no evidence has been found to fake the encounter in the investigation. The commission is about to submit its report to the apex court. The special thing is that even the relatives of Vikas Dubey have not testified before the Commission of Inquiry. Only statements of policemen have been recorded before the commission.  Vikas Dubey and his operatives brutally murdered eight policemen in Bikaru village. After this, Vikas and his companions fled. Later development was captured from Ujjain in Madhya Pradesh. UP police says that the vehicle in which the gangster was riding, overturned when she was bringing back Vikas Dubey. Taking advantage of the opportunity, Vikas tried to escape by snatching the pistol of a policeman. During this, he opened fire on the police. The police then retaliated in his defense in which he was killed.

 Supreme court created commission of inquiry

 Many people questioned this theory of the police and called it a fake encounter. On July 22, six PILs were filed in the Supreme Court to investigate this encounter. The Supreme Court set up an inquiry commission to investigate Encounter. The commission consists of former Supreme Court judge Justice Chauhan, former Allahabad High Court judge Shashi Kant Aggarwal and former DGP KL Gupta.
