Captured For Sexual Assault, Man Walks Out Of Mumbai Police Station, Flees In Cab

The episode occurred at Nagpada police headquarters on Tuesday when the charged was to be taken to Taloja prison in neighboring Navi Mumbai regarding the body of evidence against him, he said. 

Mumbai: A 50-year-elderly person, who was captured for explicitly attacking a teenaged kid, left a police headquarters in Mumbai and fled in a taxi, a police official said on Wednesday. 

The episode occurred at Nagpada police headquarters on Tuesday when the blamed was to be taken to Taloja prison in neighboring Navi Mumbai regarding the argument against him, he said. 

He was brought to the police headquarters in Mumbai as cops required a few copies of archives identified with the case. 

While the police faculty were occupied in the work, the blamed left for the police headquarters, took a taxi, and fled, the authority said. 

Search was in progress for the denounced, he said. Giving subtleties of his case, the authority said the blamed had guaranteed a teenaged kid, who got isolated from his family, that he will help in discovering his dad. 

While the kid was with him, the blamed purportedly explicitly attacked him in a room, he said. 

The kid later figured out how to escape that spot and arrive at his home where he educated his folks about the offense, the authority said. 

The police had in this way captured the denounced and enrolled an argument against him.
